Nicolosi & Associates was founded in 1948 by Philip A. Nicolosi (1923-2001).   Throughout its long history, the firm has represented individuals, family businesses, institutional clients and local governments.  Today about 70% of the practice’s clients are family businesses, local governments, and institutional clients.  The firm regularly collaborates with The Buckley Companies which is its affiliated real estate and financial consulting practice.  Collectively, Nicolosi & Associates, and The Buckley Companies employs professionals who focus their careers on all aspects of managing and enhancing client value in real estate projects. The members of the firms have professional degrees in Law and Accounting; hold degrees in Architecture, are financial analysts, and are trained Project Coordinators.    

Most importantly, however, is the fact that the professionals at both firms have real world experience and when appropriate, they work collaboratively to provide a single point of responsibility on projects. 

Our professionals interact directly with communities either as Partner at Nicolosi & Associates or as a Managing Principal for The Buckley Companies depending on the particular engagement.
