The company was established in 1920 by Alexander Niedergesäß and
Fritz Axthelm, two German engineers who saw the rising demand for
electricity. Today, 4 generations later, the NIEDAX GROUP is still family
owned and operated.
Headquartered in Linz am Rhein (Germany), the Group currently employs
a workforce of around 2000 people across the globe. Eighteen factories
in eleven countries are manufacturing cable support systems under the
wellknown brand names Niedax, Kleinhuis, Fintech, RICO, EBO, Niedax
France, Gouda Holland, ACS, SteelLine, BVS, Excel Electrics and MOPA.
Wholly owned subsidiaries in 30 countries and a network of 80 sales
partners are supporting our customers with their technical and sales
expertise as well as with their logistical capabilities.
