Seeing a segment of society that was clearly under served, the Chung family set out to improve conditions for the deaf, hard of hearing and blind community in the Houston area. Kerry Lacsamana became the Director of Nightingale almost six years ago. It is her passion. She is now owner/director and she carries on the proactive community service approach and combines it with an uncompromising commitment to quality and service.
