No Bully by Power of Zero is a nonprofit organization based in San Francisco that seeks to eradicate bullying and cyberbullying worldwide. It offers the No Bully System, a non-punitive program grounded in empathy research to guide K–12 school leaders and teachers through evidence-based interventions to prevent and respond to bullying. The system provides an alternative to suspension and supports compliance with state and federal anti-bullying laws, with reported resolution in about 90% of cases when implemented. 

Targeted at K–12 educational settings, the program educates and supports school staff to create bully-free campuses. Since its founding, No Bully has trained more than 30,000 teachers and staff, established bully-free campuses at around 200 schools domestically and internationally, and reached over 500,000 students with its solutions.
