Now available in all US markets, we are an authentic "farm to cup" Specialty and Micro-lot Coffee Roaster that grows and harvests single-origin coffee beans from our two privately-owned, family-run farms Sul De Minas, Brazil. We store, roast, and ship from our historic, state-of-the-art production facility in Red Hook, Brooklyn, NY.

With complete vertical integration from "farm to cup," we deliver the highest quality of specialty coffee, including certification by the Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade USA, at the most competitive prices. Proudly, we now are one of the only coffee roasters who can offer 100% transparency, supply chain management, and supply chain security for our coffee beans, which Is critical in today's consumer market.

Our success started seven years ago as a full-service New York City "On-Premise" coffee provider to top-rated Manhattan restaurants and five-star hotels. Nobletree coffee was served at Tavern on the Green, The Elm, Grand Tier at Met Opera, St. Regis Hotel, Lincoln, Eleven Madison Park, Prêt a Manager, and Stella 34. It is a favorite of high-profile chefs because of its rich gourmet flavor and consistent quality. Nobletree has also been featured in food magazines and New York City publications and has been embraced by loyal coffee drinkers at our five retail NYC locations, including the World Trade Center, through the end of 2019.
