Nolan Living (formerly, Nolan Real Estate Services) was formed in 1982 by Ron Nolan as a brokerage and property management company. After a successful decade as a real estate services company, Paul Fingersh joined Nolan Living in 1993 and catalyzed the evolution of the company into the investment management business. In the following 30 years Nolan Living expanded its business by identifying and acquiring investment opportunities that presented attractive risk-adjusted returns.
