Nolan Plumbing and Irrigation was established in 1988 as a sole proprietor. We incorporated in 1998 as a sub chapter S corporation. We engage in all types of plumbing, irrigation and drainage projects. We have built relationships with local Plumbing Inspectors/ Building Officials, Parks and Recreation Departments and have become very familiar with the local codes and regulations. We are listed as one of Jacksonville’s premier small and emerging businesses through the City of Jacksonville’s JSEB program.
