Nomad Studio is an internationally awarded creative workshop focused on innovative landscape architecture, art, and product design. The studio explores the intersection of art and landscape, aiming to create emotional connections with the environment. Driven by a deep understanding of the relationship between culture and territory, Nomad designs experiences that inspire change and foster lasting connections between people and their surroundings. Founded in 2010 by Landscape Architects William Roberts (USA) and Laura Santín (Spain), Nomad initially operated out of New Orleans and New York City. However, in 2020, the studio shifted to a virtual office model, allowing it to be more adaptable and innovative while still maintaining a connection to both local and global contexts. With technical offices in both the US and Europe, Nomad's work reflects a fusion of local expertise and international vision—truly making them "internationally local."
