The Non Commissioned Officers Association (NCOA) is a member-focused organization serving noncommissioned and petty officers across all branches of the U.S. armed forces, including active duty, National Guard, Reserves, veterans (separated and retired), widows, and their families. Established in 1960, it aims to enhance and maintain the quality of life for these service members. Based in Selma, Texas, the organization provides a broad range of benefits and services designed specifically for enlisted personnel and their families. 

Its members are primarily enlisted personnel and their families, including veterans and surviving spouses who seek ongoing support. In November 2018, NCOA partnered with Corporate Gray to help members secure meaningful civilian employment.
