We are led by partners David J. Noonan, James R. Lance, Ethan T. Boyer and Genevieve M. Sauter and are supported by a team of attorneys, paralegals and long-time support staff.

We regularly take on some of the most complex and complicated cases in Southern California, representing companies and individuals – from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses – based both in San Diego and around the country. 

Past and present clients include real estate developers, consumer goods manufacturers, construction contractors, other law firms/lawyers, boutique technology firms, software and computer companies, biotechnology companies, investment organizations, as well as individuals in employment, personal injury and class action lawsuits. Our attorneys have represented many of the top businesses, organizations and individuals in San Diego County in high stakes litigation.

From the 40-year tradition of the award-winning former law firm Kirby Noonan Lance & Hoge (previously Post Kirby Noonan & Sweat), NoonanLance was formed. We continue to work on cases with some of the former partners from KNL&H, as applicable.
