Norfolk Capital wholly manages Norfolk Capital Fund One LLC, a high-yield fixed-income alternative investment fund. The Fund’s objectives are to preserve and grow investor capital while providing stable quarterly cash distributions as passive income to investors. The Fund targets short-duration, alternative high-yield investments, primarily commercial real estate loans secured by first-lien position mortgages and further supported by conservative loan-to-value ratios.
