North America’s Building Trades Unions (NABTU) is a labor organization representing more than three million skilled craft professionals across the United States and Canada. Comprising fourteen national and international unions along with over 330 provincial, state, and local building and construction trades councils, it focuses on advancing workforce opportunities, safeguarding wage and benefit standards, and promoting workforce training and apprenticeship programs. The organization supports infrastructure development and aims to expand union construction jobs, while creating pathways to the middle class for women, communities of color, and military veterans in the construction sector.
