Funding Readiness Highlight potential for funding and capacity-building collaborations, given past grant support and a multi-year revenue profile. Offer to assist with grant-backed initiatives, program expansion, and capacity development for ESOP and worker cooperative projects.

Executive Access Engage with current and upcoming leadership transitions, such as the new Executive Director appointment, to introduce strategic consulting, stakeholder education programs, and tailored communication for ownership succession and wealth-building outcomes.
