It also promotes lawyer and paralegal competency, adopts the Rules of Professional Conduct, counsels on compliance, resolves fee disputes, prevents unlicensed practice, and provides redress to clients harmed by attorney theft, all in the interest of administering justice. In 2026, the Bar formed a partnership with Smokeball to provide trust accounting technology at no cost.
