North County Incorporated (NCI) is a small, non-profit regional development association founded in 1977 to advocate for equitable economic and community development in North St. Louis County. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, it acts as a catalyst to define and promote initiatives that improve where people live, work, shop, worship and learn, while aiming to attract new homeowners and businesses to the area. Its work spans economic development, education, healthcare, infrastructure and transportation, and it builds partnerships to address regional issues with the goal of creating a more livable community. 

Its board and membership are composed of business, civic and community leaders. As a member, organizations gain access to regional resources, guidance on marketing and community development, and opportunities to network and collaborate on initiatives that advance North County. NCI hosts an annual Leadership Breakfast to recognize local contributors and highlight development efforts, with events held in 2024, 2025 and 2026.
