North Fork Partners, LLC provides capital to small and medium-sized businesses, predominately in the form of senior secured loans.  Our loans range from $1MM to $15MM, providing the necessary capital for a company to reach the next level of success.  

We finance companies unable to obtain conventional financing due to corporate underwriting standards of senior leverage or debt coverage.  A prospective borrower might be early stage or tied to cyclical industries, or the size of the loan request may be not large enough for conventional asset-based lenders.  Borrowers use our capital for various reasons including; corporate growth, asset or business acquisitions, as well as turnarounds and restructurings. 

North Fork Partners' capital comes from high net worth individuals as well as institutional investors seeking high current yields.  Our platform is designed to provide qualified investors the opportunity to achieve noncorrelated, high yielding, risk-adjusted returns, with a significant amount of security.  North Fork Partners’ managers also co-invest in all transactions, further aligning our interests with each investor.
