Leadership recognition North Lawndale College Prep's CEO Jemia Cunningham-Elder has been selected as a Leadership Greater Chicago Signature Fellow, signaling strong leadership and visibility in the regional education ecosystem. This creates a potential opening for strategic partnerships or endorsements with civic leadership programs and funders aligned with educational innovation.

Growth opportunity Operating two campuses with about 750 students and a lean staff of 51-200 positions NLCP as a scalable partner for education technology, data analytics, and student support solutions that can be piloted at one campus and scaled to both, reducing risk for buyers in charter networks.

Tech stack fit Existing investments in iCIMS, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, WordPress, and Office 365 indicate readiness for an integrated ecosystem—presenting a compelling case for vendors offering CRM, analytics, student information, and digital engagement tools that can align with their current stack.

Funding constraint With revenue under one million dollars, NLCP may prioritize cost-effective, high-ROI solutions, including phased deployments, affordable licensing, and strong total-cost-of-ownership messaging when proposing enterprise-grade tools to a small-to-mid sized charter school.

Strategic partnerships Recent recognition and a mission to graduate college-bound leaders position NLCP as a potential partner for grants, community programs, and education initiatives that align with workforce development, college access, and leadership development—opportunities for sponsorships, program funding, or joint ventures.
