North Richmond Community Health is a mid-sized medical practice based in Melbourne, Victoria, serving the Richmond community. It traces its origins to 1974, when it was established on Wurundjeri land as the North Richmond Family Care Centre to address the diverse needs of Langdon Park Estate residents and foster care within the community. The Centre for Culture, Equity and Health (CEH) was formed in 1994 to develop expertise in health and wellbeing, human rights, cultural competence and health literacy. The current building, opened in 2012, carries the Aboriginal name Wulempuri-Kertheba, which translates to staying healthy together. NRCH maintains a commitment to serving people from varied cultural and socio-economic backgrounds and has partnered with organizations such as William Angliss Institute, Reclink and Jesuit Social Services to support community initiatives.
