North Shore Community Development Coalition is a nonprofit organization focused on neighborhood development along the North Shore of Massachusetts. It channels resources to low-income or distressed neighborhoods to improve residents' quality of life through affordable housing, economic and youth development, community engagement, and urban art. The organization serves more than 800 individuals and families in over 400 affordable apartments, and reaches more than 3,000 people through other programming. It has installed more than 75 large-scale murals in the communities it serves. Based in Salem on the North Shore, the group operates as a small to mid-sized nonprofit. In 2026, it signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Hispanic Cultural Center and the City of Salem to operate Salem's Punto Urban Art Museum.
