Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging coordinates services for individuals to help them maintain the independence they desire. Services we provide include option counseling, case management, meal programs, caregiver support, respite services, consumer protection, evidence base health programs, advocacy, and recreation and education programs. 

We serve the following counties in Iowa: Allamakee, Black Hawk, Bremer, Buchanan, Butler, Chickasaw, Clayton, Delaware, Dubuque, Fayette, Grundy, Hardin, Howard, Jackson, Marshall, Poweshiek, Tama, Winneshiek.

The Iowa Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) and the Senior Medicare Patrol National Resource Center, divisions of Northeast Iowa Area Agency on Aging, help provide education and assistance to empower seniors and caregivers to protect personal information. These programs serve all 50 states as well as the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
