Northern Nevada HOPES is a nonprofit community health center in Reno, Nevada providing comprehensive, integrated healthcare across two clinic locations. We care for individuals and families at every stage of life, offering primary care, behavioral health, addiction medicine, pediatrics, senior care, and wrap‑around support. Our clinics also feature on‑site labs, pharmacy services, and coordinated care, creating a streamlined and dignified experience for every patient. We also operate Hope Springs, a low‑barrier bridge‑housing community for people experiencing homelessness. Residents receive stability, case management, behavioral health care, peer support, and pathways that promote long‑term housing and improved well‑being.
