Northlight Capital Partners LLC is an opportunistic real estate credit investor.  Since its founding in 2011, NCP has managed and advised on the activities of multiple investment vehicles totaling more than $500 million of invested capital. 

NCP's investments primarily in distressed special situations and debt acquisitions. 

•	Special Situations: NCP invests capital into distressed, opportunistic and complex transactions where real estate is the primary form of collateral.  Whether inside or outside of bankruptcy, NCP provides capital solutions to stakeholders through high-yield or convertible debt investments. Occasionally, NCP will provide total capital solutions, including equity, on an unlevered basis. 

•	Debt Acquisition: NCP acquires and services sub-and-non-performing commercial debt and other financial instruments secured by real estate. To date, NCP has acquired over $1.5 billion face-value of loans.
