Northshore Exteriors inc. began 30 years ago as Northshore Sheet Metal inc. Throughout that time, our scope has broadened. We are now the West Coast and Hawaii's premier contractor for all types of rainscreens, including Terra Cotta, Cement board and Phenolics as well as NorthClad Rainscreens and all types of metal siding, roofing, and specialty trim.

We are unique in that we bring precision,advanced CNC fabrication to the construction industry. Our staff is both creative and exhibits pride in their work. The composite result is a more precise product, delivered on time, and at a lower cost.
