Northshore School District is a public education system delivering kindergarten through 12th grade instruction to more than 22,000 students across 60 square miles in the Seattle–Everett metropolitan area, including Bothell, Woodinville, and Kenmore. It is headquartered in Bothell, Washington. The district's 2017–2022 strategic plan outlines five outcomes aimed at improving student results: success in the early years; the development of responsible, resilient, and empathetic learners; growth with elimination of outcome and opportunity gaps; the fostering of innovative, creative, and critical thinkers; and readiness for lifelong achievement after graduation. The district has earned recognition for academic achievement at state and national levels, including three U.S. Department of Education Blue Ribbon Awards and multiple Washington Achievement or School of Distinction Awards. In June 2026, the district received the Rooted in Excellence Culturally Inclusive Meals award from the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction.
