We had to figure out what specific technology, security and process produced the best results. That’s when we developed our “Way” (chocolate cake). When I was younger, there was a local bakery that made the BEST chocolate cake. People would pay more for it because it was just that good. Why? Isn’t it just eggs, flower, sugar, cocoa, etc? You can buy those things individually at the grocery store for not a lot of money right? It was the process that the baker took to put all the ingredients together to make a cake worth paying more for. This is what we do with technology and business results.
