Community Partnerships Position NWI as a partner for collaborative community initiatives and grant-funded programs by highlighting their active role in food systems, youth engagement, and outreach, creating opportunities for co-branded programs, sponsorships, and capacity-building grants.

Grants & Funding Target funders and donors with capacity to support multi-program community development, emphasizing NWI’s revenue range, program breadth across nutrition education, housing assistance, and youth services, and potential for scaled impact through additional fundraising campaigns.

Digital Engagement Leverage their tech stack and website presence to offer donor CRM enhancements, data reporting dashboards for program outcomes, and online fundraising campaigns that integrate with existing forms and tables for streamlined donor management.

Senior & Youth Programs Explore opportunities with local schools and youth-focused organizations to expand summer camps, after-school enrichment, and garden-based education, including potential contracts for nutrition education, leadership development, and summer meal programs.

Operational Scale Propose back-office and nonprofit operations support to optimize grant administration, compliance, and financial reporting given the organization’s mid-size footprint and revenue band, enabling more efficient grant capture and reporting to funders.
