Northwest Senior Care is a family run home care agency providing in-home caregiving, senior housing placement assistance, and trusted advice on techniques for approaching the aging process. Founded by Jerid and Hope Paige, the mother and son duo has more than 30 years collective experience in the field of caring for seniors. Their goal was to set out to make a name as King County's most trusted senior care agency by developing a service truly focused on family. Appropriately, their company motto of "Family Focused" was born. The aim of this motto was to develop the Northwest Senior Care experience into something that Jerid and Hope would want provided for their own family. By creating a system that ensures that the senior and their family are the first priority, their company continues to grow almost exclusively through word of mouth. Through implementing a rigorous screening process to hire only the highest quality caregivers, maintaining constant contact with the seniors and their family members to ensure satisfaction, and developing new and innovative approaches towards elevating care quality while lowering costs, Northwest Senior Care has established unmatched quality assurance. Recently, the incorporation of current monitoring technology has allowed the company to provide an optional hybrid service to it's members. This service combines the new technology with traditional caregiving services, allowing for more protective supervision to be completed from afar. The outcome is less of a need for the more expensive in-person care, and ultimately less out-of-pocket cost for the senior. Additionally, this technology allows for Northwest Senior Care to receive more data based insight into the specifics of the seniors activities and needs.
