A vital resource for thousands of Norwalk residents, young and old, the Norwalk Community Health Center is here for all who need us. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality medical care regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, age, health status, religion, sexual orientation, education or ability to pay. As Norwalk’s Federally Qualified Health Center, our goal is to help all community residents share good health and quality of life. In a state-of-the-art medical facility on Connecticut Avenue, patients have access to comprehensive adult, pediatric and OB/GYN medical services. Special support services are also available such as mental health and case management services, and programs in health, nutrition, and finance. Our staff is fluent in English, Spanish and Creole. This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). This health center is an FTCA deemed facility.
