Not For Sale is a San Francisco-based nonprofit organization that combats modern-day slavery through creating social enterprises, evaluating supply chains, and providing aftercare support for survivors and at-risk individuals. It develops enterprises for vulnerable communities while delivering social services and assessing sourcing practices to identify and reduce forced labor. Its work links community opportunity with efforts to promote ethical, transparent supply chains. The organization serves at-risk populations and trafficking survivors and collaborates with companies pursuing ethical labor practices to reform mainstream supply chains, with global reach. It operates as a mid-sized organization focused on market-relevant opportunities to bridge economic gaps for marginalized groups. In December 2024, Not For Sale announced an Entrepreneurship Challenge in Uganda to nurture new enterprises in East Africa.
