Notting Hill Genesis is a London-based not-for-profit housing association and developer that provides affordable homes for Londoners. It acts as both a landlord and a developer, with more than 60,000 existing homes and about 10,000 more in its pipeline, reinvesting surpluses from its commercial activities to support below-market-rent homes. The organization is headquartered at 2 Killick Street, London, England n1 9fl, United Kingdom, and employs between 1,001 and 5,000 people. Founded in the 1960s to address slum conditions in west London, it is one of London’s largest charitable housing associations and a trusted partner to local councils and government. Through its Better Together strategy, backed by about half a billion pounds of investment, it aims to improve how it delivers quality homes, connections, and places for its 130,000 existing residents.
