William G. Baynard, Jr.  and Don E. Olmstead founded Novare Capital Management in late 1999. They recognized a growing need within the market for an experienced team who could provide professional investment management expertise to individual investors. Their sound investment philosophy evolved from many years of business experience in the Capital Markets Division of a large financial institution. The Novare Capital team is comprised of dedicated professionals with advanced degrees such as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM, Chartered Financial Analyst® and Chartered Financial Consultant® and a support staff whose top priority is to provide an unparalleled level of customer service.

Novare Capital Management, LLC (NCM) is a Registered Investment Advisor (“RIA”) located in the State of North Carolina. NCM provides investment advisory services and related services for clients nationally. NCM will maintain all applicable registration and licenses as required by the various states in which NCM conducts business, as applicable.
