The AF2 WebFlagger safely, accurately, and automatically applies flags to webs moving at all speeds.

 The ScrapTracker system applies pre-printed, numbered, bar-coded flags and creates roll maps.  The roll maps contain each flag ID number, the type of defect, its location and amount.

 The RollCode product uses the ScrapTracker roll maps to automatically stop a downstream process such as a slitter or roll edit machine at each flagged location.
