Novaworks, LLC is a technology company specializing in the development of XBRL conversion and filing software. We focus on aiding filers to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Federal Energy Regulatory (FERC) convert their documents and data into the correct format and submitting them on time. Members of our team have been involved with the operational EDGAR system since its implementation in 1993. We were also involved in the design process starting in 1984, so we are familiar with the workings of the EDGAR System and know first-hand the importance of your EDGAR software.
