Novella Homes operates as a small construction firm focused on custom-built luxury residences. Founded in 2006 by fourth-generation home builder Bob Guaglianone and his sons, Dave and Stephen Guaglianone, the company emphasizes turning each homeowner's vision into reality. Building on its success in Virginia, Novella Homes expanded to Charleston in 2012 under Stephen Guaglianone, and the firm is based in Charleston, South Carolina. Its approach centers on developing personal relationships with buyers, guiding the home's development from concept to completion, and limiting projects each year to ensure meticulous attention to detail. The design philosophy seeks to harmonize residences with their surroundings, and the company participates actively in the communities where it builds, living and working alongside neighbors.
