NOVUS Architecture + Interiors (NOVUS) was founded in 2009 by Dwayne R. Eshenbaugh, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP during the Great Recession with a clear vision and intentional desire to create an impactful confluence of architecture and interior design responding to a diverse range of traditional and emerging project typologies. In 2024, its name was expanded to NOVUS Architecture + Interiors.

The award-winning firm offers architecture, interior design, planning, and sustainability services within the Commercial, Higher Education, Hospitality, Luxury Residential, and Public Works market sectors.

The NOVUS Architecture + Interiors team strives to achieve the highest level of professionalism and design excellence when collaborating with the firm's clients. NOVUS fully embraces the fact that successful architecture depends on the contributions and ideas of many invested stakeholders, and we welcome and listen to input offered by all. We are committed to fiscally and environmentally responsible architecture and work creatively to integrate sustainable design principals into our work.

The highly respected multidisciplinary design firm is known for its creativity and exceptional client care. NOVUS Architecture + Interiors is actively involved in the community through partnerships with non-profit organizations, staff volunteerism, and support for AIA and the UNLV School of Architecture. 

NEWH has honored the firm in 2021, 2019, and 2017 with the "Top Design Firm" Award.
