NPalliative®️was founded in 2014, with the goal of helping chronically ill clients stay home safely, avoiding unnecessary hospital visits, and receiving high quality healthcare in the home or assisted-living setting, while decreasing the cost of healthcare.

This includes IN-HOME: nurse practitioners, xrays, lab testing, medication prescriptions, diagnosis and treatment, nebulizers & oxygen, 24/7 triage nursing, and connecting clients with important local community groups to help improve their independence and quality of life. 

Npalliative®️is a member of the American Academy of Home Care Medicine (AAHCM) and Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC). 

We are licensed practitioners in Northern Michigan that assist in the healthcare management of those experiencing chronic disease. Our specialties include: palliative care, COPD, CHF, dementia, disabling illnesses, cancer, care coordination, transitional care, hospice, medication monitoring, life limiting diseases, counseling for grief, loss, & trauma, caregiver support, patient advocacy, decision-making, prevention of readmission, and especially symptom management.
