NSU University School is an independent, college preparatory school that educates students in preschool (18 months to age 4) - grade 12. Since 1971, the school has provided a challenging and personalized education within a supportive environment. The faculty at University School is composed of dedicated professionals with years of experience, over 70% of whom hold advanced degrees. Students are prepared for productive lives and leadership roles through a program that focuses on academic excellence, extracurricular participation, and community service. For example, our Middle School students prepare for mock trial competitions with help from NSU's Shepard Broad Law Center and Upper School students have the unique opportunity to conduct research with NSU professors as part of their Capstone Project.
