Expansion momentum Recent headcount increases and a $122 million investment in Erwin, TN signal capacity expansion and capability building, suggesting opportunities to provide adjacent services such as supply chain engineering, training, and equipment modernization.

Public sector traction Existing and past contracts with Tennessee Valley Authority and U.S. Navy highlight a track record of government engagements, implying readiness for additional government or defense-linked projects and compliance-driven sales motions.

Safety and compliance Past NRC inspection concerns indicate a procurement need for robust safety, governance, and risk-management solutions, presenting upsell potential in reliability, regulatory assurance, and incident-prevention services.
