NursePartners Inc. is a licensed homecare and healthcare staffing agency operating in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester counties in Pennsylvania.  This year we celebrate our 15th birthday of devotion to our clients!  
  
We specialize in the positive physical approach to dementia care.  We develop individualized care plans and extend support to families and our carepartners through our seminars and workshops.  

Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses provide services to our clients in their homes, wherever that may be.

We value our trusting and interactive relationships, striving to fill our clients’ lives with meaning.  Our core values are connection, caring, and compassion.  These values are incorporated in all that we do for our clients and their families.

We strive to see the unique and precious individual that is still present, working closely with you to acknowledge and let go of what is missing.  By appreciating what is changing and still possible, we can have more positive interactions, more productive communication, and care that is more effective and less challenging for all concerned.       

NursePartners has helped with over 200 clients since 2012.  We have experience dealing with many types of dementia, some of which include Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Lewy Body, Frontotemporal, Vascular, and mixed varieties.

Community relationships are important to us.  Our team holds 17 memberships within our local communities and serves in executive positions on local boards.  We are proud members of three associations: Home Care Association of America, Private Duty Home Care Association, and Pennsylvania Home Care Association.  Ownership regularly volunteers for the Alzheimer’s Association and has earned specialized certifications permitting us to practice Teepa Snow’s GEM level approach to dementia care.
