Ian Shapiro, Industrial Hygienist, leads the Nv Environmental team.  Nv Environmental is a highly qualified Industrial Hygiene company that offers detailed mold inspetions, with moisture meter analysis. We have almost a decade of experience conducting mold inspections, specializing in Real Estate transactions. 

Our mission is to provide our clients with professional inspection services by identifying any concerns that might exist.  We want our customers to be satisfied with our service, so that they will continue to use Nv Environmental no matter where their lives take them.  

We take pride in offering a detailed inspection that will leave our clients feeling comfortable, educated about the process, and satisfied with out service.  We always offer a non-alarming approach regarding mold, the possible sources, and the potential concerns that might arise. We explain what samples might be necessary in order to give the best information possible regarding any concerns that might be present.

We take a common sense approach in identifying and explaining any concerns discovered during our inspection.  We specialize in differentiating between serious mold concerns that require professional remediation and the type of concern that can be repaired by a general contractor.  

Our preliminary inspection report offers a full detailed remediation protocol in order to help you and your clients address all of the concerns that might be present.  Our post remediation clearance inspection ensures that the proper protocol has been followed in order to get the results necessary to complete the  project.   Our clearance report confirms that the work conducted satisfies all parties involved.  

Nv Environmental uses a third party independent lab to conduct our sample analysis and never perform remediation, which ensures there is never a conflict of interest.
