NW Anxiety Institute (NWAI) is based in Portland, Oregon. We are committed to helping others achieve freedom from fear, find hope, and embrace greater quality of life through education, support and evidence-based treatments. NWAI was founded in early 2013 and since opening its doors, has enthusiastically embraced the many opportunities to support individuals in finding freedom from anxiety and fear. Allison and Kevin began their collaboration during graduate training, quickly developing a shared passion for anxiety disorders. Together, they began researching, publishing, and presenting on the etiology, progression and treatment of anxiety disorders. This passion for learning and sharing of evidence-based techniques and therapy experiences continues as they welcome clinicians with expertise in treating anxiety disorders to join NWAI. As a team, NWAI clinicians are able to offer a unique, interdisciplinary approach for those interested in receiving more intensive treatment.
