As a former classical ballet dancer, Rika now specializes in anti-aging fitness, pilates-based movements, interval and functional training that tones up your body on the outside - and inside. She has experienced serious physical injuries, and is an expert in guiding clients back into daily activities after joint replacement surgeries and injuries. 

As a health coach, Rika Keck is available for in-person consultations, ‘distance coaching’ and presentations regarding chronic health conditions, including Lyme disease, mold toxicity and chronic viral infections. Her extensive functional health education bridges the gap from Clinical Nutrition to Functional Medicine.
