O Z Collaborative is the result of the merging of two well-established Philadelphia firms, BWA architecture + planning and Olaya Studio. Headquartered in West Philadelphia, Richard Olaya, AIA, and Morris Zimmerman, AIA are the combined leaders of the new firm and the talented professionals that work beside them. We are excited for this merger, as culture of the two firms complement each other in a synergistic way.
