In August of 2021, the company changed its name from Children & Teen Dental Group to Oak Dental Partners. Though the rebrand changed the name at the DSO-level, Children & Teen Dental Group will forever live on as a standalone division of the company solely focused on pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.
