The Oak Hills Local School District is a public system serving about 8,100 students from preschool through 12th grade in western Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the third largest school district in Hamilton County and operates a campus that includes Oak Hills High School, the second largest high school in the state. The district was formed in 1956 through the consolidation of Bridgetown, Delhi and Springmyer elementary districts. It has nine consecutive Excellent ratings on the state report card and offers programs allowing middle school students to earn high school credits and high school students to earn college credits on campus. The district reports relatively low per-pupil expenditures in the county, and in 2019 partnered with Energy Optimizers USA to upgrade interior lighting to LED, with anticipated annual savings.
