Oak Point is a private investment firm that specializes in the acquisition of non-operating, underperforming, and residual assets from both distressed entities and active companies. Its “Remnant Asset” acquisition model was created to meet the needs of commercial bankruptcy estate representatives who have a fiduciary duty to administer the assets of the estate for the benefit of creditors.
