Oakcliff Sailing is a Long Island-based program founded in 2010 to raise the caliber of American sailing and help sailors reach the podium. Based in Oyster Bay, New York, it operates extensive facilities and maintains the largest fleets of Nacra 17s, 49ers, 49er FXs, and Match 40s in the United States. The organization offers training across inshore, high-performance, offshore, and match racing, supported by a staff including Executive Director Dawn Riley and other seasoned leaders. 

Its programs serve a broad spectrum of sailors, from short-term high-performance clinics to longer development tracks, and it hosts an accredited high school on campus through a collaboration with the U.S. Performance Academy. In 2026, Oakcliff announced the launch of High Performance programs to provide structured pathways for sailors seeking to advance to the next level.
