Oaklawn Hospital is a regional health care organization based in Marshall, Michigan. Founded in 1925 as a 12-bed hospital operating out of a residential home, it has grown into a licensed facility with 77 acute care beds and a 17-bed inpatient psychiatric unit. The hospital remains independently owned and not-for-profit, with its main campus located on the site of the original hospital, offering facilities and technology comparable to larger health systems.

Its service area includes Calhoun County and parts of Branch and Eaton counties, supported by a medical staff of more than 150 providers representing over 55 specialties. In May 2025, Oaklawn opened a new laboratory draw station at Oaklawn Specialty Care on Beckley Road in Battle Creek to expand access to diagnostic services.
