Our listings also are syndicated on 400+ national websites including Realtor.com, Zillow.com, and Trulia.com. We like to remind our clients that contrary to popular advertising – no one has ever brought a property because of the brand name on the sign on the front lawn. And the bottom line is that on average our clients receive 99% of their asking price. But even this outstanding figure doesn’t tell the whole story because we always ask for top dollar in our listings.
