In 1992, Oakwood Baptist Church members recognized the need for a Christian preschool program which led to the beginning of Oakwood Baptist Christian Academy. In 1998, trustees and church members approved the expansion to begin a full elementary school program. In fall of 1999, the name was changed to Oakwood Christian Academy (OCA). In 2009, OCA expanded to include grades PK-12 and our first graduating class was the class of 2013.

Now, we serve over 300 students each year! At OCA it is our goal to equip students for  life long success, spiritually and academically by delivering rigorous instruction through a Biblical worldview.
